REGISTRATION DETAILS FOR FLAG FOOTBALL TEAMS

SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DETAILS

Registration Fee Per Team: $525 (entire weekend)

Team Age Groups: 6U, 7U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U and 17 U

Registration Deadline: JANUARY 31, 2026

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Players may be withdrawn, and registration fees refunded upon request, as follows:

1. October 15 – December 1, 2025 - Refund: 75%

2. December 2, 2025 - January 23, 2026 - Refund: 50%

3. No refunds after January 23, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Interrupted Season)

1. In the event the tournament is interrupted, canceled, or disrupted due to no fault of Texas Kingdom Sports (TKS) will refund up to 50% of registration fees (expenses incurred in preparation for the season include uniforms, medals, field or facility rental commitments, program staff expenses, payment processing fees, and background checks).

2. In the event that rental fields or facilities are closed or unavailable, including weather stoppage, due to no fault of TKS will work towards a resolution. However, if fields or facilities are not available, the registrant is aware that the program may be disrupted or games may be cancelled. (see #1 above).

SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT

Players, coaches, parents, and visitors will conduct themselves at all times in a manner consistent with the mission of Texas Kingdom Sports (TKS):

To provide an example, as the Coach, you will offer children the opportunity to learn and play with their friends in a community sports environment.

Specifically:

All adults and children will practice good sportsmanship,
Players will wear appropriate attire during games, including their team uniform and safety headgear,
Inappropriate, foul, or disrespectful language will not be used on any field, site, or during the tournament,
Officials and TKS Staff will not be verbally abused or otherwise disparaged,
Coaches and parents will strive to create and maintain a positive, uplifting environment,
Parents will ensure that their children (players) understand these expectations appropriately.
Parents or attendees with children will not allow non-participating children to wander or be left unattended on any tournament-rented facilities.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

IN CONSIDERATION of being allowed to participate in any way in the Texas Kingdom Sports (TKS), I, the undersigned, acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

I RISK BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PARALYSIS, DISMEMBERMENT, DISABILITY, AND DEATH, and while particular rules of the sport, skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, THIS RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY DOES EXIST, AS WELL AS THE RISK OF DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY; and,
I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ANY AND ALL SUCH RISKS OF INJURY AND DISEASE, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERS, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusually significant hazard during my presence or participation, or if I observe any concern in my readiness for participation, I will immediately bring such to the attention of the nearest official and remove myself from participation; and,
I, FOR MYSELF, AND ON BEHALF OF MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND NEXT OF KIN, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE TKCSA, ITS MANAGERS, OWNERS, OFFICERS, OFFICIALS, VOLUNTEERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND/OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS, SPONSORS, ADVERTISERS, AND, IF APPLICABLE, THE OWNERS AND LESSORS OF PREMISES USED FOR THE ACTIVITY ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, EXCEPT THAT WHICH IS THE RESULT OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WANTON MISCONDUCT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF PARTICIPANTS OF MINORITY AGE

(UNDER AGE 18 or under such other age of consent as may be applicable in any given jurisdiction AT TIME OF REGISTRATION)

This is to certify that I/we, as parent(s)/guardian(s) with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree not only to the release above regarding this participant's participation in any TKS/Gulf Coast Regional Flag Football (GCRFF) Tournament, team or event but also for myself/ourselves, and my/our heirs, assigns and next of kin, to release and indemnify the Releasees from any and all liability incident to my/our minor child's involvement as stated above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

USE OF LIKENESS AUTHORIZATION

Participants, or their legal guardian(s), in Texas Kingdom Sports (TKS) events agree to be filmed and photographed by photographers authorized by TKS or the legal guardian(s) hereby authorize to TKS the right to use their name, picture, and likeness (without any right of approval) for any use to promote the event in which they participate as well as to promote future events and activities of TKS. The duration of this authorization shall commence with the Participant's registration with TKS for any teams or events and continue for sixty (60) months before, during, and after the conclusion of the Participant's participation in the TKS event or team.
